| Done-Right Auto and RV, Inc. is a strong supporter of the ASE program. The owner, Mark, is a 3 time re-certified Master Auto Technician. He also carries Master Heavy Truck, and is certified as a service consultant from both ASE and Workhorse. Mark also is a factory certified Workhorse gas-powered and Workhorse diesel pusher motor home chassis specialist. Over the course of his 20+ year career which started in the US Army in early 1978, Mark has attended dozens of classes and seminars including Auto classes at LCC and the Vin Waterhouse seminar focusing on business efficiency and customer service. Mark is also a certified refrigerant handler and has attended several schools through ACDelco. Mark believes in leadership through example and can often be found helping on the service floor. At Done-Right, the Techs are challenged to be at the top of their game and provide the highest of quality. This is encouraged by example. |

Done-Right Auto and RV, Inc., has been dedicated to the quality of ACDelco parts
and to the benefits of being an ACDelco TSS Center. We have been enrolled in this
program for almost 10 years now as Mason's only TSS Center.
What does this mean for you? It means that all of our factory level training on all
makes and models is provided to us through the training departments of ACDelco
and GM. This is the highest level of training possible and available to us at no
charge for being a center. Keeping sharp and up to date saves you time and money.
We are properly diagnosing symptoms, not replacing parts until your complaint
appears to be fixed. A proper diagnosis with a retest after the repair is made is the
surest way to have a higher first time fixed rate. The program also allows us
discounts on some of the services that we need to operate. In area's such as tool
discounts including Kentmore and Snap On tools, discounts on our security
monitoring, exclusive uniforms available only to TSS Centers and so much more.
These discounts due to ACDelco volume purchasing help lower our overhead and
your price. And most of all, it's very re-assuring to install a part that you know fits
right, works right and lasts the test of time. That's what we call Done-Right!
